Delicious Pancake Recipe - USE THAT WHEAT!

Hello Friends!

I am a big fan of Bob's Mill 10 grain pancake mix, but at $4 a bag, it's a little steep for a regular purchase. I searched around on the internet for a pancake mix recipe so I could do it at home. I found this blog:

I'm pretty sure the lady is LDS. That or she has a rare amount of beans and wheat lying around her house. I look forward to using her site for many reasons in the future. Anyway, here is the recipe for the mix:

She uses 2 Cups wheat flour to 3 Cups white, but I like it better with all whole wheat. So convenient and SO delicious. Especially since Costco just discontinued their whole grain pancake mix.

  1. Thanks for the recipe Emily! Looks like a great website. I would love to post about home-made laundry detergent I found on the web... would you mind letting me know how I might do this? That would be great!
